The Wire Attack Special Piercer Probes Kit (WASPP Kit) is specifically designed to allow EOD operators to make non invasive electrical measurements of wires. Each WASPP includes specialized “bed of nails” piercers with volt meter leads and extensions. These probes pierce the insulation of wires and contact the internal conductor at multiple points. This method provides a positive connection to ensure the most accurate measurements. The kit is available with 6, 10, or 12 leads and extensions. The 6 and 10 kits include all black leads and extensions. The 12 lead kit is available in all black leads and extensions, 6 red leads & 6 black leads, or 12 colored leads with 6 red extensions and 6 black extensions.
